Union Cucine has an experience of over forty years in the field of catering and traditional restaurants. The competent management and the daily presence of the property guarantee maximum efficiency and quality of service and allow to Union Cucine to make a difference compared with the major competitors belonging to large corporate groups.
UC was founded in 1975 with the management of canteens in factories Group A.F.L. Falck S.p.A. in Sesto San Giovanni, afterwards in the headquarter of STMicroelectronics then in Castelletto of Cornaredo. In the following years it also assumes the management of the canteen of the Istituto Bancario del Credito Italiano in the headquarters of Milan and Lesmo, in addition to that of small canteens in the hinterland of Milan.
In the early eighties UC took one of the first companies of centralized kitchen, a center for the preparation and cooking of meals conveyed.
In 1989, the two partners of UC Franco Paganini and Fausto Passerini found together with Mauro Ernesto the Meeting Service snc (1989-1998). In 1994 they open the famous restaurant Canova in Via Hoepli in Milan, which they manage until the 1996.
In 2004 also the DNP Photomask of Agrate Brianza chooses to entrust the service administration at the UC.
Currently UC manages the canteens of STMicroelectronics of Agrate, Cornaredo and the DNP Photomask for a total about 4.000 meals a day.
